TheraBands come in a choice of 5 resistance strengths:

• Yellow is Light
• Red is Medium
• Green is Heavy
• Blue is Extra Heavy
• Black is Special Heavy

Bands are sold as an individual unit, of 2.5m in length in a secure zipper bag for easy transportation.
